    Neither is going to significantly help you lose weight. To lose weight, you’ll have to create a caloric deficit. So ask yourself this: Will Acai Berry extract/concentrate make me consume less calories or speed up my metabolism. Acai isn’t an appetite suppressant and it won’t significantly boost your metabolism. It has some great antioxidant properties. It would be healthy addition to your diet. I did some research several months ago and IMO the cost of Acai is ridiculous. You’re equally well off to find a blueberry juice or consume a serving of blueberries every day. Acai has a pretty tart taste from what I hear. I would do some research on diet and nutrition if I were you. Send me a message and I’ll help to lay out a diet plan for you if you’re interested.

    To lose weight you have to have everything else in check. Your diet and exercise must be in place in conjunction with the Acai berry. Whatever the recommended dose for the specified supplement should be enough. Your body can only absorb so much at a time. I got Acai from here and was happy with the results I’ve had:
