    With Acai Berry, you usually begin to see weight loss within 7-10 days after taking 4ounces of juice per day. With concentrated Acai in capsule form , you usually see weight loss in 3-5 days. That is assuming no exercise. If you exercise by simply walking 30 minutes per day at a brisk 3-4 mph, you should see weight loss within 1 -2 days. That has been the experience of my customers. But everyone’s body is different, so your own “mileage may differ.

    You usually stop losing weight, or the rate of daily weight loss slows down as your body gets closer to your ideal Height/body weight quotient.
