What Acai Berry brand do you recommend?
Teri asked:
This is for weight loss for me, its for other reasons. I don’t need to lose weight. I want it for the energy and all the other good that comes out of it.

I’m not sure which is the best or if any work at all. Just don’t waste your time getting Acai Burn. All they do is send you a no-good product and take money out of your account claiming they cover “international fees.” Mind you, the product ships from the States. Anyway, I really don’t recommend any Acai Berry brand.

For the most economical blend that is a great anti-oxidant would be Acai Splash. You can find it at most health food stores for around $25 and will last you a month. (less that a dollar a day, yeah!)
The absolute best acai blend would have to be Mona Vie but is quiet expensive and also has to be purchased from a Mona Vie dealer. $45/bottle and only last 6 days (about $7/day)
Both of these products are loaded with phytochemicals and antioxidants (Acai Splash has 3800 ORAC unit per dose while Mona Vie has about 4000 Orac units per dose)

you need to avoid scams. As far as I know, fake products have very dangerous effects on your body health. Also there are some people who are saying that acai products doesn’t work, I think it’s because they’ve used fake acai berry products. Read the blog below, it helped me a lot to find a real & natural acai product:
Hope this helps

I’d have to disagree with the other response about acaiburn. Sure they get some negativity for their business model (auto sign up when you order freetrial, unless you cancel it) but then again, google any company’s name+scam and you’ll read negative reviews of every company in the world.
Bottom line though, acaiburn has been around for a while, and it seems fairly good according to many people. Obviously natural acai would be much better, but you can’t get that.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
