i ordered my 14 year old daughter acai berry?
Mckenzie asked:
my daughter is slowly gaining weight, she is 14 and 118 lbs. she’s not active at all, and refuses to go outside. im not going to make her, so i ordered her acai berry. i would like to know results and if this would work well on a minor. also, how many should she take for immediate results? i don’t want information from actual sources, just experiences. please get back to me.

So instead of doing the responsible thing, you buy a worthless product? Great.

She’s at a healthy weight right now, what’s so bad about that?

I’ve got a bad news fro you, acai berry won’t help someone who’s gaining weight due to low activity+ bad eating habits. Acai might be great and all, but if your daughter eats more calories than she spends, she will gain weight, simple math really.
Acai berry can improve one’s weight loss results, but it requires a good diet and work out program or you’ll see minimal results.

Well I’m 14 myself and answering your question wouldn’t make a difference cause after all, how should I know. But, anyway, I was wondering if somebody my age could take the pills too. I have been reading reviews and all that actually saying that teenagers can take the pills. I’m not exactly overweight but I wouldn’t mind trying the pills out. I think you should wait until your daughter is slightly older because the pills might affect her growth and could damage her organs. I have a friend that just won’t lift her backside off her chair. There’s nothing you can do about that really. She probably still has a bit of puppy fat at this age. Wait a couple of years, until she has matured more. Get her a Wii Fit or something to keep her entertained for a few weeks. Or take her swimming. Offer to take her to fun places which requires a fair amount of energy, but it will be fun for her at the same time. Try taking her to the beach or something. Or bribe her! Tell her she can only have a certain amount of treats each day and reward her after she has excercised! Sounds a bit like what you would do if you had a dog, but I guarantee it will work!
Good Luck

Well taking acai berry isn’t a bad thing. It is a fruit after all and it’s full of antixoidants, so it helps with the weight. But you should really get her to be active to keep her at a healthy weight. Anyways, to answer your questions, it’s recommended to take 3 ounces of acai berry juice for it to be effective. My friend took the acai berry with the colon cleanser and had great results. You can read about her results on her blog at.
